HISTORY
The Reynolds Group was founded in 1987 by James E. (Jim) Reynolds, a prominent mortgage banker and former president of a mortgage banking subsidiary of a publicly owned bank holding company. Jim initially partnered with Gary L. Singleterry, a senior investment banker and former Managing Director at Prudential Securities, Inc., along with Richard Payne, Managing Partner of Payne Advisory to create a unique entity dedicated to advising, guiding, enhancing and servicing the needs of residential mortgage-related industries.

The company has serviced numerous clients across the U.S., maintains a library holding more than 1,000 mortgage banker operations reviews, offering the advantage of an extensive network of industry contacts.
